Have you considered mediation?

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a voluntary process that involves a neutral person assisting parties reach a settlement to their disputes.

Mediation can be helpful in resolving disputes in many areas, for example:

  • divorce
  • separation agreements
  • custody and access

  • corporation/corporation
  • land disputes
  • As your mediator, I can NOT give you any legal advice.

My job is to objectively assist you and the other party in reaching a mutually acceptable solution to the issue or issues you may have.
